Terms and Conditions

1.All prices are subject to VAT,postage & packing (if applicable) 2.A 20% minimum handling/stocking charge will apply to all correctly supplied goods being returned. 3.All goods remain the property of KMS until full payment has been received and any relevant cheques cleared. 4.Parts which are not standard stock items and have to be specially ordered cannot be returned. 5.No labour/warranty charge claims will be accepted on any faulty goods returned. 6.Although we have specified the suppliers used for each top brand product range, in the unlikely event that the particular part is unavailable, we will endeavor to supply the part from an alternative top brand supplier thereby maintaining continuity of quality and supply. 7.Credit can only be given for goods returned within 7 days from the date of purchase provided they are accompanied by a purchase invoice. 8.Electrical/fuel injection parts cannotbe credited/exchanged if supplied correctly. 9.All body panels,spoilers and mouldings should be checked for fitting proir to painting. 10.Items returned for credit or exchange will not be accepted if not in a re-saleable condition i.e. used or damaged packaging. 11.All guarantees will be subject to manufacturers warranty procedures before a decision can be made. 12.A surcharge will be levied on exchange items ( e.g items that are reconditionable). This will be refundable subject to the exchange item a .being returned within 10 days b. is not broken/damaged/dismantled or unreconditionable. 13.KMS reserves the right to vary its current price list and specification without prior notice due to demand and supply of products. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the imformation in this catalouge is correct, customers are advised to check prices at the time of purchase. 14.The customer's statutory rights as set out in the Sales of Goods Act 1979 (as amended) and associated consumer legislation are not affected.
